Job Description

We are partnering with a leading Korean gaming company to build a new gaming platform for users in Vietnam. We are looking for a Game Business Development Specialist to help build the platform’s game portfolio by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding high-quality games from Vietnam and international markets.
This role will take ownership of game sourcing, partnership development, licensing negotiations, and deal execution, working closely with game studios, developers, and publishers to bring compelling titles to the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source high-quality PC and mobile games with strong potential for the Vietnamese market.
- Build and maintain relationships with game studios, developers, and publishers across Vietnam, Korea, China, and other international markets.
- Evaluate potential titles based on gameplay, product quality, market fit, monetization, retention, and revenue potential.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiate key licensing/publishing terms, including revenue share, Minimum Guarantee (MG), exclusivity, and contract duration.
- Manage the partnership pipeline from initial sourcing and evaluation through negotiation, signing, onboarding, and post-launch support.
- Work closely with Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth game launches. basketball games
- Monitor gaming market trends, competitors, player behavior, and emerging business models to identify new opportunities.
- Represent the company at major international gaming events such as G-Star, ChinaJoy, Tokyo Game Show, and GDC.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership pipelines, market opportunities, and game portfolio recommendations.
