Job Description:
We are currently seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team in the United States. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide a positive shopping experience

Assist customers with product selection and answer questions

Promote products and achieve individual and team sales targets

Process sales transactions accurately (cash, credit, POS systems)

Maintain store cleanliness and product displays

Stay informed about product features, promotions, and pricing

Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Basic computer and math skills

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
