Job Description

Project Development: Identify, evaluate, and acquire film concepts, scripts, books, pitches, and other IP aligned with the company’s strategic and creative vision.

Creative Guidance: Provide thoughtful notes at every stage—outlines, drafts, pitches, cuts—to guide writers, directors, and producers toward the strongest possible creative execution.

Talent Collaboration: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with agents, managers, writers, directors, and emerging talent to source new opportunities.

Market & Trend Analysis: Track industry trends, audience insights, competitive releases, and new creative voices to help shape the development pipeline.

Production Support: Collaborate with production, physical, and post teams to ensure creative integrity is maintained from prep through delivery.

Cross-functional Alignment: Work closely with marketing, business affairs, and leadership to ensure projects meet creative, financial, and strategic goals.

Coverage & Evaluation: Oversee script coverage, project assessments, and internal presentations for potential acquisitions and greenlight decisions.
