Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Game Tester to join our team and help ensure the quality, performance, and overall player experience of our games. In this role, you will actively play and evaluate games in development, identify issues, and provide clear feedback to improve gameplay, usability, and stability.
About the Role
As a Game Tester, you will be responsible for testing different stages of game development, from early prototypes to near-final builds. Your main goal is to detect bugs, glitches, and inconsistencies while also evaluating how fun, balanced, and engaging the game feels from a player’s perspective.
You will work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to make sure every release meets quality standards before going live.
Key Responsibilities
Play test new and existing game features across different platforms
Identify, document, and report bugs, crashes, and visual issues
Reproduce issues clearly so developers can fix them efficiently
Evaluate gameplay mechanics, balance, and user experience
Provide feedback on difficulty, controls, and overall enjoyment
Verify fixes and ensure issues are resolved in updated builds
Follow testing plans and QA procedures consistently
Requirements
Passion for video games and strong understanding of gameplay mechanics
Good attention to detail and ability to spot small issues
Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic understanding of game design or QA processes is a plus
Ability to follow instructions and testing guidelines
Patience and persistence when testing repetitive scenarios
Preferred Skills
Experience in QA testing or game testing
Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar)
Knowledge of multiple game genres (mobile, PC, console)
Basic technical understanding of how games work
