Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in New York. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is patient, professional, and comfortable communicating with customers through phone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and professional customer support via phone, email, and chat

Requirements:
