Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketer to develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will understand both digital and traditional marketing strategies, work collaboratively with internal teams, and use data-driven insights to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Manage the company’s social media presence and digital advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Create engaging content for websites, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing regular reports and improvement recommendations.
- Coordinate and manage marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and media agencies.

Skills Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, social media, etc.).
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and KPIs.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Familiarity with content marketing and influencer collaborations.
- Multilingual abilities or experience in international marketing.
