Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Content Manager to lead our content vision and drive impactful storytelling across digital platforms. In this role, you will shape and execute content strategies that strengthen brand identity, engage audiences, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with company goals and marketing objectives.
Oversee the end-to-end content production process, including planning, writing, editing, publishing, distribution, and optimization.
Lead and mentor a team of writers, editors, designers, and freelance contributors to deliver high-quality content consistently.
Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand voice, messaging, and editorial standards across channels.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Design teams to support campaigns, launches, and thought leadership initiatives.
Optimize content performance through SEO best practices, audience insights, and analytics tools.
Track KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging content platforms to keep strategies innovative and effective.
Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of blogs, newsletters, social media content, case studies, whitepapers, and more.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in content marketing, editorial management, or content strategy.
Previous leadership or team management experience is highly preferred.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with strong attention to detail.
Solid understanding of SEO, CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.), and content analytics tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
A portfolio demonstrating successful content campaigns and strategic execution is a plus.
