Job Description

Good Film Productions is seeking an organized and dependable Production Coordinator to support the production team from pre-production through wrap. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys keeping schedules, people, and logistics moving smoothly on busy sets.

What you'll do:
Coordinate daily schedules, call sheets, crew information, and production updates.
Assist with locations, equipment arrangements, transportation, and other on-set logistics.
Communicate schedule changes and production needs to cast, crew, and department leads.
Help maintain production documents, contact lists, releases, and other records.
Support the production manager and assistant director with day-to-day coordination.
Track outstanding tasks and help ensure departments have the information they need before filming.
Assist with wrap procedures and organize production paperwork for delivery.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in film, television, commercial, or Drift Hunters independent production is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Clear, professional communication with cast, crew, vendors, and production staff.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where schedules can change quickly.
Familiarity with production paperwork, scheduling software, or digital collaboration tools is a plus.
Reliable, proactive, and able to remain calm when solving last-minute production issues.
