Job Description

🧠 NOW HIRING: FEMALE STORY PRODUCER FOR [future 🤓] AWARD-WINNING REALITY TV SERIES 🎬
SHOW: The Crypto Hustle

SHOOT LOCATION: Japan, Korea, Singapore, London, Morocco, Argentina, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, and more.

START DATE: Summer 2025

DURATION: 7 months (2 episodes/month shoot starts in september)

RATE: Competitive, DOE

THE GIG:
Do you love chaotic women, high-stakes ambition, big money, and bigger delusions? Can you spot a story beat in a messy brunch fight, or craft a perfect confessional that makes a crypto bro cry on camera? Are you the kind of story producer who watches reality TV and yells, “WHERE’S THE BUTTON ON THIS BEAT?!” We want you.

THE SHOW:
The Crypto Hustle — a satirical, high-gloss reality series following a legit, chaotic crypto founder who’s trying to scale her company to a $10M valuation in 6 months… so she can ditch it all and finally produce the musical she’s been dreaming of.

It's Shark Tank meets KUWTK with a Glee finale energy. Think: investor calls, influencer drama, markets meltdowns — and a secret 11 o’clock number waiting to happen.

Our lead is all ambition, all contradictions: dopamine addict, pink-haired singer-songwriter/actress in fintech cosplay. And she’s dragging us (and her future VC board) on the ride of a lifetime.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A female-identifying story producer with:

🎭 Reality TV experience in unscripted, comedic, or character-driven formats

✍️ Strong writing, beat sheet, and story arc development skills

🎥 Comfort working in the field and the edit — able to shape story from raw footage and boots-on-the-ground production

👀 A keen sense for emotional stakes, irony, comedy, and layered characters

💬 Skilled in confessional writing, interview producing, and pulling real vulnerability from high-performing personalities

🧩 Able to collaborate with directors, DPs, and editors to thread visual story into editorial structure

EXTRA POINTS IF YOU:
💡 Have worked on shows that satirize celebrity, hustle culture, or the tech world

🎶 Have a love for (or strong opinions about) musical theater

🪙 Are deeply familiar with (or hilariously skeptical of) crypto, the startup world, and influencer dynamics

📈 Are a sharp structural thinker who knows when to let reality be messier than the outline
