Job Description

The Live Stream Technician (LST) role at Social27 is an event production based technical role involving recording, streaming, and production of live stream events. LSTs primarily focus on live streaming events using both pre-recorded assets and live video conferences. As an event focused role other tasks such as presenter coaching, asset creation, and timeline management may be part of your role.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

Convert a Run of Show from Microsoft Excel into a pre-build OBS scene collection

Utilize OBS to stream live events

Utilize OBS to pre-record event assets

Utilize OBS as a switching platform during live stream events

Edit video assets for live stream events using Adobe Software

Edit static assets for live stream events using Adobe Software

Host and manage multi-location events over a network

Desired Qualifications:

Three or more years in a video production or event management role plus;

Familiarity with the Microsoft Suite

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud Programs

Demonstrated ability to work with tight deadlines and under pressure of an event

Starting Salary: $26/hr
