Job Summary

The Research and Strategic Development Orientation job is in charge of promoting corporate growth through research, analysis, and strategic planning efforts. The function entails recognizing new trends, assessing opportunities, and contributing to the creation of long-term strategies that improve organizational performance, innovation, and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market, industry, and competitor analysis to discover trends, opportunities, and hazards.
Gather, analyze, and evaluate quantitative and qualitative data to aid in strategic decision-making.
Assist in the creation, execution, and evaluation of strategic strategies and company development efforts.
Create research reports, presentations, and recommendations for managers and stakeholders.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the success of strategic projects and programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain insights and align strategic goals across departments.
Help identify collaborations, financing possibilities, and new ideas that can help the organization develop.
Stay up to date on industry trends, legislation changes, and technical innovations that are relevant to your firm.

Qualifications & Skills

A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, management, public policy, research studies, or a closely connected discipline.
Demonstrates strong analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as attention to detail.
Outstanding research, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and data analysis tools.
Strong written and vocal communication abilities, including the ability to write reports and create presentations.
In a dynamic setting, the ability to operate both independently and collaboratively is required.
Knowledge of strategic planning frameworks and project management principles is advantageous.
