Job Description

The Market Access and Game Development Specialist is responsible for assisting with both market growth initiatives and game development activities. This function involves market research, business development, product planning, and game production coordination to ensure successful game launches and long-term growth in target markets. To find possibilities, maximize product performance, and increase player engagement, the position calls for a combination of analytical thinking, creativity, and project management.

Key responsibilities
Market access and business development
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to find new trends, player preferences, and growth prospects.
Determine viable markets and devise plans for game localization, distribution, and user acquisition.
Monitor industry trends and make recommendations for market expansion.
Encourage collaboration with publishers, distribution platforms, advertising networks, and strategic stakeholders.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
Support for game development.
Work with designers, developers, artists, and product managers at all stages of the game development process.
Help define game features, content updates, and product roadmaps based on market research and player feedback.
Ensure project planning, milestone tracking, and cross-functional communication.
Participate in game testing, quality assurance reviews, and user experience assessments.
Identify chances for improving gameplay, player retention, and overall game performance.

Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect and evaluate player behavior data to aid in strategic decision-making.
Prepare reports, presentations, and suggestions for management and development teams.
Monitor post-launch performance and offer revenue and engagement growth initiatives.

Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, slope free game development, computer science, economics, or another related discipline.
Strong interest in the gaming and digital entertainment industries.
Excellent analytic, research, and problem-solving abilities.
Understand game development procedures and product lifecycle management.
Experience with data analysis tools and reporting systems is beneficial.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Capability to work efficiently in a collaborative, fast-paced workplace.
