Job Description

Hiring DP for "Lay of the Land" a short comedy

Synopsis: Sam, an 18 year old male, is dragged on a camping trip after his Christian father, Frank, catches him masturbating. While using fishing as an excuse to get away from his dad, Sam encounters Luci, a spiritually liberated girl, with the unbounded lifestyle that Sam yearns for.

Looking for a DP who is detail oriented and communicates thoroughly. I'm trying to keep the crew small, so ideally you would be your own camera op., that said if you have someone else you would like to bring aboard, we can probably make that work.

Due to the job being unpaid, candidates of all skill levels are urged to apply. My biggest priorities are being able to properly frame basic shots as well as ensuring we have plenty of battery life and space on SD cards. Any skills beyond that are greatly appreciated as well.
