Crime pays---but not very well---in “Small Time,” Shane Meadows' dark comedy about a gang of very small-time crooks in a poor British town who steal anything not glued to the floor. To make matters worse, one gang member's wife (Dena Smiles) threatens to abandon the team. This film was shown theatrically with “Where's the Money, Ronnie?”---another short by Meadows.
