1. Business Strategy & Model

• Develop a 3-5 year ODC development strategy.

• Selecting key target markets (Japan, US, EU, APAC, etc.)

• Define a strategic product and service portfolio for each key market.

• Positioning the ODC brand in the international market

2. Business & International Market Development

• Directly lead the sales of outsourcing services overseas.

• Communicating, presenting, and negotiating in English with international clients and partners.

• Build a sustainable revenue pipeline

• Fully responsible for revenue and growth.

3. Trade Promotion & International Presence

• Representatives from the Center participate in international IT fairs, forums, and events.

• Directly conduct trade promotion activities in foreign markets.

• Building and developing: Dealer/reseller systems; Commercial presence models: representative offices, partner hubs, joint offices

• Propose and implement a "market flagging" strategy in target countries.

4. Ecosystem and Partnership Development

• Identify and establish relationships with technology companies, SIs, consulting firms, and product companies.

• Leverage the ecosystem to expand market and delivery capabilities.

5. Operations & Delivery

• Design and operate a delivery model that meets international standards (Agile, PMO, QA, SLA)

• Ensuring the quality of outsourcing projects

• Control costs, performance, and profit margins

• Building scalability

6. Organizational development

• Recruitment and team development

• Building an ODC culture.

Job requirements
How suitable are you, and how do you rank compared to other candidates?
Obligatory

• Fluent in English for communication, presentations, and negotiations in an international environment (TOEIC 700 or IELTS 6.0 or equivalent certification).

• 10–15 years of experience in the IT/Software/Digital industry.

• Experience in implementing at least 10 outsourcing projects to foreign markets, including projects with a scale of USD 1 million or more.
