Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources professional to manage and support daily HR operations. The HR role is responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This position plays a key role in building a positive workplace culture and supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees

Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately and confidentially

Support employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations

Coordinate performance reviews and support employee development initiatives

Manage attendance, leave, contracts, and disciplinary procedures

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Support training programs and employee engagement activities

Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven experience in an HR role (experience level may vary depending on position)

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Skills

Experience with recruitment platforms and HRIS systems

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
