We are seeking an experienced Senior Content Manager to take ownership of our content strategy and lead content initiatives across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities
Create and manage a comprehensive content strategy that supports the company’s marketing and business goals.
Oversee the complete content process, from planning and writing to editing, publishing, distribution, and performance analysis.

Lead and mentor content writers, editors, freelancers, and other creative contributors.
Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, quality, SEO performance, and audience engagement across all content.
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Design, and Sales teams on campaigns, educational content, and thought leadership projects.
Monitor content metrics and analytics to identify opportunities, measure results, and improve future strategies.
Research industry developments, competitors, audience behavior, and emerging content platforms.
Maintain an organized content calendar and ensure projects are delivered on schedule across blogs, social media, email campaigns, whitepapers, and other channels.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
At least 5 years of professional experience in content creation, strategy, or management, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
A strong portfolio demonstrating successful content programs and campaigns.
Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and communication abilities.
Strong knowledge of SEO, analytics platforms, and CMS tools such as WordPress or HubSpot.
Demonstrated experience managing teams and working with cross-functional departments.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
