I just saw a pretty interesting job posting for a QA/QC position in the manufacturing and assembly industry, requiring Japanese language skills and prioritizing candidates in Ha Nam.
The job includes quality management, error handling, process improvement and updating standard documents. In addition, analytical, negotiation and teamwork skills are also required.

I think the Japanese requirement is quite high (listening, speaking, reading, writing are all required).
I wonder if anyone in the forum has ever worked as a QA/QC for a Japanese company?
Do you use a lot of Japanese in daily communication in the factory, or is it enough to just read and understand documents?
And is the working environment with Japanese bosses as strict as rumored?
