Job Description:

Oversee quality management during production and assembly stages.

Investigate and resolve errors, proposing solutions to enhance quality.

Continuously improve quality within the production process.

Conduct regular analysis and provide recommendations for quality improvements.

Review production stages to update and revise related standard documents.

Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

Open to both male and female candidates with a college or university degree.

Preference given to those with at least 1 year of experience in QA/QC within manufacturing environments.

Strong team management, negotiation, analysis, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Japanese (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).

Priority is given to candidates from Ha Nam or those seeking long-term employment in the UK.
