Job Description

SHOW: ELIMIN8 Game Show

LOGLINE: It's "Family Feud" meets "Wheel of Fortune" meets today's younger audience. ELIMIN8 offers a strong hook, plenty of action, and a unique twist to today's game shows.

We are seeking a talented and experience showrunner to lead our game show production team in order to launch a successful game show.

LOCATION: Burbank/Albuquerque

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Production Management - Oversee all aspects of production, from pre-production through post-production, ensuring timelines and balanced budget management.

Casting & Crew Selection - Collaborate with Casting Directors and Producers to select the cast and key crew members, including the camera crew.

Budget & Scheduling - Manage the production budget and schedule, to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently.

Team Leadership - Lead and inspire the production team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Quality Control - Ensure that the final product maintains the highest standards of quality, from visuals to sound design.

Marketing & Promotion - Help develop strategies to promote the show and engage with the audience.

Network Liaison - Serve as a point of contact between the production and network or streaming platform to ensure smooth communication and alignment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience - Proven experiene as a showrunner or in a similar senior production role, preferably in a traditional game show format.

Organizational Skills - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple aspects of production simultaneously.

Leadership - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.

Budget Management - Experience managing production budgets and schedules.
