Job Description

Our Company is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Blackmagic Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various Live webinars from conception to completion. This role requires a creative thinker with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Blackmagic Design Specialist will work closely with vendors and team members to ensure that all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly.

We are looking for an experienced person who has a knack for managing an industry-level video production studio, directing live event production, and creating engaging content centered around complex tech products that's interesting for the viewer. The Blackmagic Design Specialist is responsible for setting up, developing, shooting, and editing original material, and advertising a wide range of new pro-video and broadcast equipment.

Candidates should be well experienced with BlackMagic Design Products (DaVinci Resolve, Studio cameras, Pocket Cameras, Atem Switchers etc) as well as have expert experience working in a professional studio setting.

Candidates must be able to take & give direction/ criticism and be capable of working in a fast-paced filming & editing environment. This candidate will work side by side with the marketing team to create a constant stream of content for social media platforms.

FULLY IN OFFICE POSITION- NOT A REMOTE POSITION

Salary: $60,000 to 75,000, based on relative experience & proof of prior work

Applicants MUST has experience working with a variety of BlackMagic Design products- DaVinci Resolve, Cameras, ATEM switchers, etc

Duties:
Ability to run 2 Live Stream Events a month showcasing different products to customers
Demonstrated ability to direct & produce video content independently from concept to final editing.
Utilize Da Vinci Resolve & Adobe Creative Suite to edit video content & design event materials and promotional content.
Develop and manage event concepts, themes, and logistics.
Coordinate with vendors & 1SourceVideo's CEO to understand their vision and requirements for each event.
Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional strategies, including social media management.
Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and assess areas for improvement.
Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
Must be proactive and can anticipate needs from President & Manufacturers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot and shift gears quickly as needed
Tenacity to always look for ways to elevate content through multimedia formats

Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience working/ managing in Live Event Production, Studio Production, and/ or Field Production.
Proficiency in non-linear editing with DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Strong working knowledge with a variety of Blackmagic Design equipment
Firm understanding of the entire production process, from writing, lighting, shooting, and editing
Strong social media management skills to promote events effectively.
Has a keen eye for color correction, image quality, and detail
Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
Excellent communication skills to interpret client needs clearly and convey ideas effectively.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative problem-solving abilities to address challenges that may arise during event planning or execution.
Must be able to share a reel or samples of previous work

Education and Experience:
High school diploma minimum
Proven Knowledge of Video Production/ Editing/ Equipment
Schedule:

Full Time- IN OFFICE
Monday- Friday 9am to 5:30pm
45 Minute Lunch
