Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Unit Production Manager to oversee the physical aspects of the production. The UPM will be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring that the day-to-day operations are aligned with the production goals, for a six-day shoot in Atlanta.

Responsibilities:
Manage all production logistics, including permits, location bookings, transportation, and catering.
Work closely with the Director and Producer to ensure that the production remains on schedule and within budget.
Oversee the hiring, managing, and coordinating of crew.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure equipment and supply needs are met.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Prepare daily progress reports and manage the production schedule.
Resolve any on-set issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Unit Production Manager or similar role in film or television.
Strong understanding of budget management and production scheduling.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.
Knowledge of film production process and necessary permits.
Familiarity with safety regulations and labor laws.
