“A Mother’s Love” is a touching drama series exploring the diverse experiences of motherhood across generations and cultures. We are looking for a meticulous and experienced production accountant to join our team and ensure the financial aspects of our production are managed efficiently.

**Job Description:**

**Responsibilities:**
- **Budget Management:** Create, manage, and monitor the production budget, ensuring all expenses are accounted for and within the allocated limits.
- **Financial Reporting:** Prepare and present financial reports, including cost reports, cash flow projections, and variance analyses to producers and executives.
- **Expense Tracking:** Monitor and record all production expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the budget.
- **Payroll Management:** Oversee payroll for the cast and crew, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- **Vendor Relations:** Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring timely payment of invoices and maintaining good credit terms.
- **Cost Control:** Identify areas for cost savings and implement measures to control and reduce production costs.
- **Audit Preparation:** Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation for financial audits.
- **Compliance:** Ensure all financial operations comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- **Reporting Systems:** Implement and maintain effective financial reporting systems to track and report production expenditures in real-time.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with department heads, including the camera crew and other key personnel, to ensure seamless financial management across all aspects of production.

**Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** Proven experience as a production accountant in the television or film industry.
- **Education:** Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- **Skills:** Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- **Attention to Detail:** Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- **Communication:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Problem-Solving:** Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- **Time Management:** Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
