**Job Description:**

**Responsibilities:**
- **Creative Direction:** Serve as the chief creative force behind the show, ensuring that the storytelling remains true to the show's vision and themes.
- **Script Oversight:** Work closely with writers to develop and refine scripts, providing feedback and guidance to ensure high-quality content.
- **Production Management:** Oversee all aspects of production, from pre-production through post-production, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- **Casting and Crew Selection:** Collaborate with casting directors and producers to select the cast and key crew members, including the camera crew and accounting departments.
- **Budget and Scheduling:** Manage the production budget and schedule, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
- **Problem Solving:** Address any issues that arise during production, providing quick and effective solutions to keep the project on track.
- **Team Leadership:** Lead and inspire the production team, fostering a collaborative and creative working environment.
- **Quality Control:** Ensure the final product maintains the highest standards of quality, from visuals to sound design.
- **Marketing and Promotion:** Work with the marketing team to develop strategies to promote the show and engage with the audience.
- **Network Liaison:** Serve as the primary point of contact between the production and the network or streaming platform, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.

**Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** Proven experience as a showrunner or in a similar senior production role, preferably in drama series.
- **Leadership:** Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- **Creativity:** Exceptional creative vision and storytelling abilities.
- **Organizational Skills:** Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple aspects of production simultaneously.
- **Communication:** Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- **Problem-Solving:** Ability to think quickly and solve problems effectively under pressure.
- **Budget Management:** Experience managing production budgets and schedules.
