I try to maintain my 10,000 (now more like 12,000+) steps/day walking...and my 80 miles a week of Spin (which will be reduced to 45 miles/week when I start riding my roadbike every weekday morning (35 miles/wk) when the weather warms. In addition to my broadcast television career, I'm still shooting my own HD video and cutting on my Avid in my home editing room. Did someone say, "BOOOOORING"???
