A celebration of the life and work of author Langston Hughes (1902-67), a very influential figure in the 1920s Harlem Renaissance, features reflections and recollections by, among others, Ossie Davis and Ruby Dee, plus writers Sonia Sanchez, Ron Milner and Amiri Baraka. Included are comments by actors, poets, musicians and artists who make their homes in Harlem.
