As the Producer and Line Producer of this Interactive Training film for the US Army, I over saw the story development, built the shooting schedule and budgets, contacted talent reps to secure actors, filed corporation documents & union signatory contracts, secured film insurance & permits.

Designed production budgets and shooting schedules.
Obtained all required permits, insurance, documentation and vendors for the production.
Negotiated all deals with vendors, locations and post-production.
Managed the Pre-Production, Production and Post Production process.
Developed production contracts, deal memos, purchase orders and reviewed all daily reports.
Ensured all union rules and regulations as well as state and federal employment laws were adhered to.
Monitored the daily budget reports and schedules to insure project stayed “on time and under budget”.
Managed and tracking production expenses on a daily basis.
Managed crises during the production process in a calm and professional manner.
