In this home grown Blaxploitation, Farcical Comedy with a heart, Dow Jones is a black stock broker in the 70's who is fired from Whitman Enterprises, at the hands of his boss, Rich Whitey, for the color of his skin. Confronted by the B.I.A , Dow is given a chance to get back at his old brokerage and uncover the reckless deeds of Rich Whitey, his experiments run by the German, Doctor Smiles and his placement of deadly drugs throughout town.
