Along with Drone Rangers this was one of two pilots that I co produced for Economist Films that led to a year’s worth of programming being commissioned. It involved extensive and high level liaising with both Portugal and Colorado’s drug policy lawmakers, as well as securing an interview with former president of Colombia, César Gaviria.
