Job Description

An experienced Executive Assistant with 5 years of experience supporting executives and business operations in free games online industry. Skilled in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, handling communications, and keeping day-to-day administrative tasks organized. Experienced in working across marketing, content, product, and operations teams in a fast-paced digital environment.

Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and daily priorities.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and business documents.
Coordinate communication between executives, internal teams, and external partners.
Track projects, deadlines, follow-ups, and important business activities.
Support content, marketing, game publishing, and promotional initiatives.
Organize travel arrangements, events, and business meetings when required.
Maintain confidential company information and important records.
Monitor emails and correspondence, prioritizing urgent requests.
Assist with research, data collection, and preparation of business updates.
Help improve administrative workflows and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Experience working in online games, digital entertainment, or a related technology environment is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable handling multiple priorities and working with different teams.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Strong attention to detail, discretion, and problem-solving abilities.
