About the Role

We are looking for a Junior AI Operations Specialist to help integrate AI solutions into everyday business operations. In this role, you will work with modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and workflow automation platforms to improve productivity, streamline processes, and support cross-functional teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience who are interested in AI implementation and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Implement AI-powered workflows to improve business efficiency.

Create and optimize prompts for generative AI tools.

Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to identify automation opportunities.

Test and evaluate new AI tools before company-wide adoption.

Monitor the performance of AI solutions and recommend improvements.

Develop user guides and training materials for employees.
