Job Description

We are looking for a creative and organized Game Producer to join our team and help develop and grow Connections Game, a word puzzle experience built around finding hidden relationships between words.

About the Role

As Game Producer, you will oversee the development process and help turn ideas into fun, polished experiences for players. You will work closely with game designers, developers, content writers, artists, and testers to keep the project moving smoothly from planning to launch.

The role involves shaping the game's roadmap, planning new features and puzzle content, coordinating development tasks, reviewing new builds, and making sure updates meet the expected quality. You will also help identify production challenges and find practical solutions that keep the team on track.

Because Connections Game relies heavily on puzzle quality and player engagement, you will also pay close attention to difficulty, clarity, and variety. Player feedback and game performance can help guide decisions about future puzzles, features, and improvements.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has previous experience as a Game Producer, Project Manager, or similar role in game development. Strong organization and communication skills are essential, as you will work with different people across the project.

A good understanding of casual games, word games, and puzzle design would be a major advantage. We are also looking for someone who can balance creative ideas with practical production needs and make clear decisions when priorities change.

Experience with browser games, mobile games, live updates, analytics, or online gaming communities is welcome but not required.
