Job Description

gd is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable College Professor to join our academic team. We are looking for an educator who can create an engaging learning environment, inspire students to think critically, and contribute to the development of high-quality academic programs.

Position Overview

As a College Professor at GD, you will be responsible for teaching undergraduate or graduate-level courses, preparing lectures and learning materials, evaluating student performance, and supporting students throughout their academic journey. You will also have opportunities to participate in curriculum development and academic projects.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and classroom activities.
Develop course materials, assignments, examinations, and other educational resources.
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain accurate academic records and communicate student progress.
Encourage critical thinking, discussion, research, and independent learning.
Participate in curriculum planning and continuous course improvement.
Advise and mentor students on academic and career-related matters.
Collaborate with faculty members on educational initiatives and academic projects.
Stay current with developments and trends in the relevant academic field.
Requirements
A Master's degree or Ph.D. in the relevant field.
Previous teaching or academic experience at the college or university level.
Strong knowledge of the subject area and effective teaching methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engage diverse learners.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
