Job Description

The People Operations Manager will oversee strategic HR initiatives and cross-functional people projects while ensuring an exceptional employee experience. This role combines project management expertise with human resources leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage HR-related projects from planning through execution.
Develop and improve employee onboarding, engagement, and retention programs.
Partner with department leaders to identify workforce planning needs.
Manage HR process improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
Coordinate performance management cycles and employee development programs.
Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
Support organizational change management and internal communications.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
Collaborate with recruiting teams to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
Oversee HR technology implementation and optimization projects.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or HR Project Management.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred
PMP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar certification.
Experience in the gaming, technology, or software industry.
Familiarity with data analytics and workforce planning tools.
