Job Summary
The Office Administrator will be responsible for coordinating office activities, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to various departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and administrative functions.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to appropriate departments.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate orders when necessary.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Assist with data entry, record keeping, and document management.
Support HR activities, including onboarding paperwork and employee records.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external partners.
Ensure the office remains organized, professional, and efficient.
Qualifications
High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
At least 1 year of administrative or office support experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
