Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Survey Researcher to join our team. In this role, you will design, manage, and analyze surveys related to player experience, gaming preferences, user satisfaction, and market trends. Your insights will help shape future game development, marketing strategies, and community engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop surveys for player feedback and market research
Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data
Identify gaming trends, player interests, and behavioral patterns
Prepare reports and present research findings to internal teams
Collaborate with marketing and development teams to improve user experience
Monitor survey performance and optimize response rates
Ensure data accuracy and maintain research documentation
Requirements
Experience in survey research, market research, or data analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with survey tools such as Google Forms, Typeform, SurveyMonkey, or similar platforms
Ability to interpret data and create clear reports
Good written and verbal communication skills
Interest in gaming, online communities, or digital entertainment is a plus
Experience with statistics or data visualization tools is an advantage
