About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and improvement of our products. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, customer empathy, communication skills, and business awareness to drive product success from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities
Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Collaborate with engineering and design teams throughout product development
Translate business goals into clear product requirements and user stories
Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics
Work with stakeholders to align product initiatives with company objectives
Coordinate product launches with marketing and sales teams
Continuously improve user experience based on feedback and data insights
Manage product lifecycle from ideation to release and optimization

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years of experience in product management or related role
Strong understanding of agile development methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with experience using product metrics and data
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SaaS, mobile apps, or digital products
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or Productboard
Knowledge of UX/UI principles
Experience conducting customer interviews and usability testing
MBA or advanced degree is a plus
