Our clients include production companies, rental houses, integrators, touring crews, and AV professionals who demand durability, precision, and fast turnaround.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in AV, live events, or production environments. This role is ideal for someone who has worked hands-on in the industry and understands how gear is used in the real world — not just sold.
You will be responsible for developing relationships, quoting custom solutions, and growing GRAVIX’s presence with production companies, AV rental houses, integrators, and touring professionals.
Key Responsibilities...
Sell custom and standard flight cases, road cases, racks, and AV transport solutions
Work directly with:
Production companies
AV rental houses
Touring and live event professionals
Broadcast and staging companies
Identify customer needs and recommend proper case designs and configurations
Prepare quotes, follow up, and close sales
Build long-term relationships with industry clients
Attend industry events, site visits, and client meetings as needed
Coordinate with internal production and design teams to deliver accurate solutions
Required Experience & Qualifications
Direct experience in the AV / live production industry (required)
Previous work experience at one or more of the following:
Production company
AV rental house
Touring company
Broadcast or staging company
Manufacturing or fabrication company serving AV clients
Strong understanding of:
AV equipment
Touring and production workflows
Road cases, racks, and protective transport solutions
Sales experience preferred, but industry experience is more important
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience selling technical or custom-built products
Existing relationships within the AV / production industry
Knowledge of ATA case standards
CRM or quoting system experience
