Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled IT Specialist to join our Escape Road City 2 game team. This role is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring systems operate efficiently, securely, and with minimal downtime. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of providing effective technical support to users at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, peripherals, and operating systems.

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across internal systems.

- Monitor system performance and ensure reliability, availability, and security.

- Assist with network administration, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN support.

- Implement and maintain data backup, recovery, and security procedures.

- Document IT processes, system configurations, and support solutions.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on IT projects and upgrades.

- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience in an IT support, administration, or technical role.

- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and common business software.

- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, or cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure, or similar).

- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection.

- Familiarity with hardware maintenance and asset management.

- Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or similar).

- Experience supporting remote or hybrid work environments.
