Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and best practices.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor, assess, and document patients’ conditions and responses to treatment.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.

Educate patients and families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.

Maintain accurate and timely medical records.

Adhere to safety, infection control, and quality assurance standards.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (hospital, clinic, or long-term care setting preferred).

Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
