Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Content Manager to lead our content strategy and execution across multiple channels. This role requires a balance of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership to deliver impactful content that drives brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee the company’s content strategy aligned with marketing and business objectives.

Manage the full content lifecycle: planning, creation, editing, publishing, distribution, and performance measurement.

Lead a team of content creators, editors, and freelancers; provide clear guidance, feedback, and support.

Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in tone and quality, and optimized for SEO, audience growth, and engagement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Design, Sales) to create targeted campaigns and thought leadership materials.

Analyze content performance using analytics tools; create reports and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging platforms to keep content strategy innovative and competitive.

Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets across blogs, social media, newsletters, whitepapers, and other channels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (Master’s a plus).

5+ years of experience in content strategy, creation, or management (preferably in a leadership role).

Strong portfolio showcasing ability to manage and scale content initiatives.

Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.

Solid understanding of SEO, analytics, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).

Proven experience managing teams and collaborating across departments.

Ability to work under deadlines, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
