We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Production Lead to spearhead the management and execution of live brand projects from inception to fruition. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, a proven history of consistently delivering projects within stipulated timelines and budgets, and an extensive understanding of diverse production techniques and industry regulations.

Role Overview and Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing Brand Project Management:
Lead the end-to-end management and execution of live brand projects, ensuring exceptional quality and timely delivery.
Maintain budgetary control and manage resources effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
Allocate resources efficiently to achieve optimal team performance and successful project delivery.
Collaborate with internal and freelance production staff to maximise productivity.
Motivate and manage a team of production professionals, cultivating a collaborative and creative work
Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance project delivery and profitability.
Budgeting and Scheduling:
Develop and manage budgets and schedules for brand pitches, utilising creative problem-solving skills.
Strive for efficiencies in resourcing and production execution to improve project quality and profitability.
Compliance and Legal Adherence:
• Ensure adherence to insurance and legal guidelines for brand projects, addressing potential risks proactively.
•Continuously monitor and enhance internal processes, promoting consistent use across the department for increased productivity.
Source and negotiate contracts, fees, and terms with third-party suppliers such as talent, post-production companies, and equipment suppliers.
Establish strategic partnerships with external suppliers to enhance project success.
Maintain clear and open communication with clients, addressing production scopes and asset delivery
Collaborate with other agency teams to oversee or assist in the creation and delivery of assets.
•Work closely with the Finance department to ensure smooth financial operations in production and project delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Senior Production role within the marketing or advertising industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale productions and campaigns within budget and
Extensive knowledge of production techniques, including digital, TV, studio, on-location, multi-camera, and
green screen setups, as well as post-production workflows.
Strong industry knowledge, including familiarity with trends, compliance regulations, Clearcast operations, and
delivery processes and formats.
Excellent commercial awareness, account management skills, and understanding of pipelines and margins.
Exceptional people management and team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse
Outstanding organisational, planning, and communication skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
