Job Description

The team of Field Producers are responsible for all of the videography and photography for the company to be used for media and marketing purposes. You must possess the skills necessary to define the overall story, present the Whitetail Properties’ brand, and listings in a positive and superior light. The goal is to help bring creative to life and execute on the vision for each initiative and project.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Be an active participant in pre-production, in-field production and post production of original marketing content for - - - Whitetail Properties Real Estate.
Provide input for the writing/development of media material and proof as the footage is received.
Be skilled in the utilization of a variety of equipment such as professional DSLR cameras, drones and other technical production equipment.
Be willing to obtain or have obtained the appropriate FAA Drone certification.
Be well versed in the Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to Premiere Pro, After Affects, etc.
Be skilled in lighting and audio design for both exterior settings and studio.
Be experienced and interested in filming wildlife, hunting and outdoor documentary content.
Locate potential problems, observing effects of lighting and landscaping to obtain the maximum effect.
Learn the video and photography library and filing system thoroughly.
Address sponsor video needs/requirements.
Be in a continuous mindset of delivering and evolving premium quality assets and processes for the production team.

REQUIREMENTS
2-3 yrs of videography experience and/or college degree in a related field
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
Strong understanding of media filming and production.
Ability to shoot exceptional footage for TV shows, instructional/educational videos, marketing content, and featured listings.
Ability to film hunting and land to define the overall story to present the Whitetail Properties’ Brand in as positive and superior product.
Internet navigation skills.
Ability to edit footage as needed
