Job Description

Looking for PR & AP clerk – to join our team on the Universal lot for a high volume first season show. Experience working in accounting is preferred, but we will absolutely train the right people! This is an in-office position. Payroll programs include SmartStart, SmartTime, V5 & Scenechronize. Will be working with paper timecards and extras vouchers. We need someone who is comfortable using Adobe, Excel, Docusign, and Dropbox. Prior experience with any
The ideal candidates are interested in working in Production Accounting for the longer term. There will be a lot of learning opportunities.
