River Road Films is looking to fill multiple positions on a new international documentary series shooting across six continents. The focus of the series is conservation and human-wildlife coexistence.
Successful applicants need to be self-motivated and able to work independently when required, but also enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced office as part of a tight-knit team.
Role & Responsibilities
Assist the Production Manager and creative team in the logistical planning of film shoots in diverse locations around the world, including remote and challenging locations
Plan and book international transportation for crew and equipment
Draft call sheets
Manage complicated schedules for crew and production equipment
Liaise with crew members and help them solve problems that arise on location
Draft filming permit applications and other paperwork
You:
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Calm under pressure and enjoys problem-solving
3+ years experience in film production or travel industry
Beneficial: Driver’s License, additional language skills
