Job Description

LIVEKINDLY is the premier digital lifestyle brand focused on sustainability, plant-based foods, and conscious consumerism. We are seeking an experienced Associate Producer, Social, on a contract basis (40 hrs/wk).

The ideal candidate is that perfect blend of creative and detail-oriented. You should have meaningful experience producing for social platforms, with specific focus on influencer content. We’re especially excited to speak to people with food and sustainability experience.

Qualified candidates should be well versed in all tentpole events, social trends, behaviors, as well as (the ever changing) platform updates.

This position is currently remote with an eventual desire for you to be located in Los Angeles, for regular on location meetings/shoots.

Core Responsibilities:

Take over production of our existing slate of daily social video content
Help build out new social-first series, collaborating with the Social & Editorial Team
Manage our current roster of influencers (8-10)
Discover / Outreach to new talent to add to our growing network
Manage the Schedule / Live Dates (we work in Airtable project management software)
Handle all Contracts and Budgets for social videos
Potential expansion into longer form originals and branded.
**Bonus (but not necessary): experience/interest in being on camera to discuss trends/news.

Education: BA/BS in marketing, communications, filmmaking, graphic design or related field

Qualifications:

5+ years experience producing digital content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
Experience working in media, entertainment, food, or technology industries an asset
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects
Energy, enthusiasm, and detailed knowledge of social platforms.
The candidate is at the cutting edge of the cultural zeitgeist; understanding the internet, social and meme culture and how to credibly and sensitively work within it while maintaining brand safety.
A self-starter with strong communication, collaboration, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Previous experience working within a remote company and/or a startup an asset
