Searching for a location manager to handle the scouting, negotiating, and securing of the following locations for the shoot:
• Event Space with Balcony
• 4 Houses
• 1 Condo (w/parking lot)
• Hair Salon
• Clothing Boutique
• Wine Bar
• Restaurant
• College Bar
• Office Building with various interiors (offices and conference room) and parking lot
• College Campus (admin bldg, dorm room, dining hall, courtyard)
• Four assorted road driving locations.
Job will NOT require physical on-site location management during the shoot. Once locations are secured, LM will be responsible for handling any necessary permitting and organizing a site bible to pass off to UPM/PC. Location fee budget is $22.5k.
Position will require legitimate locations experience and having existing knowledge of LA - just searching around on giggster will not get the job done, and compensation will be performance-based for it.
