Hello!

We are seeking an on-set Production Assistant for a lifestyle docu-series in Wellington, Florida. This position is suited to a very ambitious and confident person looking to gain more on-set experience. Our production office is based in Toronto, Canada so strong communication skills are a must as you will be reporting directly to the Production Manager in Canada.

There will be a total of 20 shoot days. If this is a good fit, we’ll be needing someone to fill this position again in the fall and potentially long term - through 2021 & early 2022.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Knowledge of production & previous experience working on-set
- Must be 25 years of age or older, be fully licensed to drive and have a vehicle to get to set
- Must reside in Florida (close to Wellington/West Palm Beach area preferred)
- Positive & proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Great ability to problem solve
- Good time management, reliable
- Very organized, strong attention to detail
- A team player with the ability to work independently
- Excels at working in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in construction and design a bonus
- Must follow on-set COVID-19 protocols

Responsible for:
- Reporting directly to the Production Manager & on-set Story Producer
- Handling of petty cash and tracking receipts
- Picking up craft each morning
- Picking up & delivering catered lunches
- Setting up the craft room every morning
- Cleaning up at the end of every shoot day
- Driving the production vehicle (rental) for any on-set requests (ie. lunch pick up, picking up props or materials for the shoot day)
- Assisting production crew when needed
- Assisting lead talent when needed
- Having on-camera guests sign appearance releases when the Story Producer is not on set
