Job Description

Get Me Out Productions is a Los Angeles based production company specializing in original television content. Get Me Out was the first independent production company in South Carolina, selling shows to major networks across the United States and 48 countries internationally. Now based in West Hollywood, CA, Get Me Out Productions is currently in production for new television content and in distribution for Season 1 of the reality tv show, Men of West Hollywood.

About the Role:
In this role as Content Sales Specialist you will be initiating, negotiating, and closing distribution deals for rights to original content made and acquired by Get Me Out Productions throughout a variety of business models, including (but not limited to) VOD, SVOD, and AVOD.

You will help support the Sales and Acquisitions Division by establishing and enhancing relationships with our U.S. and international distribution partners. You must have experience in or connections for selling content, pitching and distribution.

Responsibilities:
• Work with the Acquisitions team to coordinate sales of new content licenses or IP
• Identify new opportunities for sales as a result of new entrants, changing technology and/or delivery systems, etc. and develop sales strategies targeted specifically to address these specialized needs.
• In coordination with sales support, distribution and marketing, conceive, develop and implement product-packaging strategies that maximize incremental revenue opportunities.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders internally to ensure company's interests are optimized

Your Background:
• Master's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1+ years of prior content acquisition, deal negotiation and/or content valuation experience
• Excellent business relationship building skills
• Strong quantitative skills and understanding of how to measure content value and performance
• Experience in acquisitions and content licensing negotiations is a major plus
