Executive Assistant / Scheduler (1 Year Maternity Contract)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Handle all day to day schedules for executives; including but not limited to booking/coordinating all meetings, and appointments.
Arrange travel and accommodation for executives and their guests
Serve as a general resource and main point of contact for anything travel or schedule related.
Perform special projects and assignments as directed.
Ability to review contracts for scheduling appearances.
Receive and respond to all incoming requests on behalf of the corporation that relate to scheduling or travel; connect specific requests to the appropriate professional outlets and act as the key liaison between those outlets and the company.
Comfortable working with high profile talent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Extremely organized; strong ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple job duties
Possess professional interpersonal skills a positive attitude
Preference given to candidates with post-secondary education/ TV production background
Must possess valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle
Ability to comfortably work independently and take initiative to propose new efficiencies
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other programs (Google Calendar, etc)
Self - motivated as this position is remote.
